Location, relaxation, and great amenities perfectly describe our Beachside Villas bungalow. Located on the first floor of building one, this unit, and the Beachside Villas complex, offer everything you need to have an amazing family vacation!
Walking in you will notice the open, airy living room, large flat screen T.V., and large patio. Perfect for keeping everyone in the family entertained. The dining table offers seating for 6, while the breakfast bar offer seating for 2. The Patio off of the living room is fully furnished for enjoying that Florida sunshine! The fully-appointed kitchen (featuring stainless steel appliances) means that you don't have to forgo family meals on vacation! An full-size Washer and Dryer is also available for all of your laundering needs.

The Beachside Villas complex holds two community pools (Seasonally Heated Feb 01 - April 15), two lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, as well as an ample community grilling area. The complex is situated between two large rare dune lakes, and within minutes walking distance of the Sugar Dunes Beach Access (200 yards from unit). Spend your day winding through bike trails, relaxing on the beach, dipping in the pool, or strolling the eateries and shops found in the nearby Seaside and Rosemary Beach.
30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida’s beautiful gulf coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. The highway connects the coastal villages of South Walton through the undisturbed beauty of rare dune lakes, sugar white sand, and emerald blue waters indigenous to the area. Each village has its own unique characteristics that paint a fairy tale like scene against some of the country’s most beautiful beaches. Come live the 30A life and experience the beach the way it was meant to be, where Southern Charm meets Bohemian lifestyle and unforgettable vacation memories are created.

Beach Accesses: There are several convenient beach accesses nearby! All you have to choose is how you want to get there!
Sugar Dunes: The Sugar Dunes Beach Access is on the east side of Eastern Lake, and is simply a brief, 2-minute, walk from the home. There is a shower and a short boardwalk over the dunes to the beach, but there is no parking available, other than for bicycles.
Port Property: The Port Property Beach Access is located about 0.2 miles (about a 4-minute wak) West of the home. This beach access is completely undeveloped.
Walton Dunes: The Walton Dunes Beach Access is another, nearby, quiet, beach access. This access only has a few roadside parking spots available, and not much else. However, there is a very convenient Public Parking Lot 0.6 miles (about a 12 minute walk) from the home, and only a 3-minute (0.2 mile) walk to the Beach Access.
Eastern Lake: The Eastern Lake Beach Access is on the other side of Eastern Lake, one of our rare coastal dune lakes in South Walton, about 1.3 miles (a 5-minute drive) from the home. This access has a shower, a bike rack, and a few parking spaces on Eastern Lake Drive.
Golf cart shuttle to the 2 acre beach access on the West Side of the Community runs from March 1st - October 20th.

The Community of Beachside offers TWO seasonally-heated community pools! The nearest pool is right next to the community tennis and shuffleboard courts, about 150 feet (less than a minute-walk) east from your front door! The second pool is about 0.1 miles (roughly a 2-minute walk) from the unit.

We enjoyed our stay; it’s near the end of the season and the condo needs about 30 mins of simple maintenance. We are also airbnb owners, so hopefully the feedback helps :) -All door hinges need WD40 -several of the door latches won’t close unless pushed hard; the door strike just needs to be adjusted -the patio table needs the screws to be tightened -the dining table needs a coat of wipe-on Polycrillic; it’s painted with water based paint, and over time has gotten a little tacky. We had a hard time playing cards on it :)

Great time. There was some damage to the condo upon arrival (blinds in primary were broken and the drain stopper in the primary was completely stuck without being able to release with the drain stopper) We had a great trip. And other than those things the unit was great.

The condo wasn't as big as the pics looked. Small living room and tiny kitchen. Bedrooms were small, however the bedding was great. Comfy beds. Looked older than the pics showed. We loved the location and the closeness to the beach. The view was ok! Short walk to beach and the beach was nice.

Beachwalk Vacations provided prompt communication regarding our stay & any questions. The unit was very clean upon arrival & suited our family (53, 52, 22 & 19 years old). Quick walk to a small strip of beach. We preferred the somewhat longer walk/bike ride down the quiet residential street to the larger, more private beach. We chose this unit for the four bikes because we try to be in the car as little as possible. Those were missing upon arrival with the locks lying on the ground. Beachwalk brought more, but even if you don’t use the bikes, make sure they are there since the renters are responsible for them. After we got them, we biked to Alys Beach for lunch, Prominence for shopping, and across the highway to the coffee shop. There are walking/bike trails consistently on that section of 30a, so you can park the car & be active if you want. We would rent this unit again. Beds were comfortable & kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies.

CLEAN!!!CLEAN!!!!CLEAN. Awesome condo. Great location to the beach. Pool was great. Communication with management company was on point. Plenty of room for a family of 5-6. The access to check out sports equipment was a super bonus. Tennis courts were rocking. We played plenty of pickle ball. I will stay here again at some point. Best of all. It was very clean. That’s my main look for when I rent. I want clean and then location.

We had an awesome stay at the Beachwalk condo. Two adults, 3 teenagers and 1 child and we had plenty of room. The condo was furnished with everything we needed. It was clean and we had plenty of towels and washcloths. If there was anything negative to say about our stay it would be the cleanliness of the pool and the area around it. I would give it a 5 out of 10 rating. It was a very short walk to the beach. They do advise you to stay on the wet sand because of private beach owners. But we had no problems. We really enjoyed it and would stay here again.
