Conveniently located on the first floor is a powder room and laundry room. Upstairs, adjacent to one another is the guest bedroom and second master bedroom. These bedrooms share an elegant bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The master suite features a private bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. All bathrooms feature granite counter-tops, Moen fixtures, and raised height vanities.
30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. The highway connects the coastal villages of South Walton through the undisturbed beauty of rare dune lakes, sugar white sand, and emerald blue waters indigenous to the area. Each village has its own unique characteristics that paint a fairy tale like scene against some of the country's most beautiful beaches. Beach Accesses: There are several convenient beach accesses! All you have to choose is how you want to get there; use the street legal Golf Cart, complementary tram (seasonal) or bikes! Below are 3 of the most popular accesses:
Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about 1 mile to the East of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed.
Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.5 miles West of Prominence. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access (approx. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.
Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is a Walton County, ADA approved, beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. *This is the scheduled stop for the Prominence shuttle. Parking and bathrooms are also available at the Santa Clara access. 
Community Pool:
The Town of Prominence offers a 2 large resort style community pools! The New Prominence South Pool is located just steps from Sea Mist and features a stunning fire pit! The North Pool is over 5,000 sq ft and is just a short walk across 30A with cabanas, grills, bathhouse, and fitness center!

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in 'Anchor for the Soul' No exceptions will be made! Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing!! Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

We did have a little trouble on check in as the house we rented was sold the day before check in. The company did a good job of helping us find another place, but it was definitely not as good as the place we had picked out. Additionally, there were several items missing from the condo such as pillows and photos from the walls. Other than that it was a delightful spot, and nicely located between Alys/Rosemary and seaside/watercolor. Very nice neighborhood.

Our stay was wonderful! The townhome was very clean and decorated beautifully. We really enjoyed our experience. We couldn’t get the golf cart to work, but aside from that everything was perfect.
