'Endless Summer' is tastefully decorated with a coastal ambiance, this two-story luxury town home offers a carefree and relaxing atmosphere for your coastal escape! Just minutes from Seaside, Watersound, and Alys Beach, The Town of Prominence is located between all the best of 30A!
Conveniently located on the first floor is a powder room and laundry room as well as our first bedroom with full over full bunk beds. An oak staircase leads to the second floor with three bedrooms. Adjacent to one another are the two smaller bedrooms that feature two twin beds and the other a queen-size bed.
These bedrooms share an elegant bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The master suite features a king-size bed and private bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. All bathrooms feature Moen fixtures, and raised height vanities.  This home is sure to become your favorite vacation tradition!
The Town of Prominence is 30A's newest vacation destination boasting resort style pools, private cabanas, hammocks, and outdoor dining pavilions with communal grilling area. A short walk across 30A, residents enjoy access to The Big Chill, which features restaurants, boutique shops, and The Prominence Town Center event pavilion with weekly concerts and movie nights! The Town of Prominence is sure to provide an unforgettable vacation experience for the whole family. 30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. The highway connects the coastal villages of South Walton through the undisturbed beauty of rare dune lakes, sugar white sand, and emerald blue waters indigenous to the area. Each village has its own unique characteristics that paint a fairy tale like scene against some of the country's most beautiful beaches. This home is on our Resort Linen and Terry Package with guaranteed fresh linen and terry placed every turn! (Excludes Beach Towels)
Parking & Transportation:
- Parking: There is parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway.
- Bicycles: Enjoy 4 adult bikes to explore 30A in style (Amenity Fee applies at Checkout).
- North Prominence Triplex (A, B, C) Unit Parking: Parking is only allowed in the garage (if available) and/or the driveway of the unit being rented. Parking in unassigned driveways is prohibited and may result in towing or fines. No street parking or overflow parking is permitted in Prominence North. Additional parking is available at The Big Chill (formerly The Hub).
- South Prominence Parking: Parking is available in the driveway or garage of the home (if available). Street parking is allowed, but additional parking in the gravel spots on Pleasant and Clipper streets is first-come, first-served.
Pool Parking: No overnight parking is allowed at the pool area.
Trailer/Boat Parking: There is no trailer parking available.

North Pool Hours: 8AM – 9PM Heated Seasonally*
South Pool Hours: 8AM - Dusk
No Lifeguard on Duty & Children Under 13 Must be Accompanied by an Adult

Beach Accesses: There are several convenient beach accesses*! Below are 3 of the most popular accesses:
- Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about 1 mile to the East of Prominence.
- Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.5 miles West of Prominence. This access has a small parking area at the access (~$3-$5 for parking) and bathrooms, but the walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed & beach service is not available at this location.
- Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is a Walton County, ADA approved, beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. Parking and bathrooms are also available at this access.
*Note: Prominence homes access the beach via South Walton public beach access points. Most guests typically use the Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public access points. Prominence homes do not offer direct beach access through the Watersound Club, nor do they provide access to the private Watersound Club facilities.
Golf Cart/LSV (Low-Speed Vehicle) Rentals in Prominence: If your property does not come with a golf cart, you are only permitted to rent one through 30A Gulf Carts. Prominence strictly allows the rental of street-legal golf carts for guest use through this provider only. Questions regarding this policy should be directed to the Prominence HOA.
Nearby Restaurants: Nearby restaurants to The Town of Prominence 30A include The Big Chill (formerly The Hub) which offers several restaurants including - Red's Chicken Shack, Crave Roadside Burgers, Mile Marker 15, Local Smoke, American Drinking Post, Mr. Freeze, Food Trucks, and more!
Nearby Grocery Shopping: Publix at Watersound Origins, located on US 98 at North Watersound Parkway, approximately 3 miles away. Publix in Watercolor Crossing, located on South County Hwy 395, approximately 5 miles away.

What a beautiful trip! I proposed to my future wife during our stay! The property was wonderful! Perfect for 2 adults and 3 teens. The golfcart came in handy, as did the bikes. The house was perfectly stocked for cooking meals (pans, dishes, etc.), and anything we needed was just a quick drive down the street. We rented a car, which isnt a bad idea, as it was helpful for those quick grocery store runs (Publix is like a 10 min drive, if that). Slept like a baby each night -we all did! The pool was literally just a matter of feet from the property. Could not be happier with the home - simply beautiful. Would go back in a second. The whole "checking in/checking out" was a breeze. When we go back, we will do our best to stay here again. Made some wonderful memories, thank you!! Couple quick points on the location: As indicated, the beach access takes a bit of getting used to, but once you find the access points to the beach, its a quick hop on the bikes or golfcart. If you want to do a nighttime fire on the beach, just set up a free online permit (2 seconds to set up). You do need to have a metal firepit. We purchased one at ACE Hardware and used it one night (left it at the property for future guests to use). We also left some of the toys, like volleyballs, nets, stuff like that for future guests (hope that was okay to leave?). Thanks again for the wonderful stay - my future wife and I (and our 3 kids) will most certainly be back!

Wow! What a beautiful home ! It is perfectly decorated and sits in an ideal spot directly across the street “The Big Chill” and only a few short steps from the neighborhood pool. We loved lounging on the very comfy back deck furniture and making meals in the well stocked kitchen:-). The golf cart was a must to get to the beach access down by the State Park entrance - but the white sands and crystal blue ocean make the trek well worth it! I highly recommend this unit. It was so clean , peaceful and we loved our family time together. Thank you

Perfect home and perfect location. We were literally right across the street from the pool and a two minute (if that) walk to the stores and shops.. The home was spacious and very well decorated. More than enough space for a family of 7 and a Grandma too. No issues with any of the access codes and once we connected to the wi-fi the phones and tablets worked perfectly. i definitely will be coming back and hopefully I can get the same home. The location is too perfect!!

Stay was great! Can't ask for a better location and nicer house. Couple of things for maintenance and sorry this is probably not the best place, but the upstairs hallway sink needs to be unclogged and I would suggest putting some heavy, black out drapes in the master bedroom. That's knit-picky and I would stay here again and again! Bikes and golf cart being included is a MUST and we were so glad our home came with those instead of having to rent.

We had a great time at Endless Summer, and we really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and there were ample amounts of pillows! Everything seemed pretty clean, but I feel like the floors could use a good scrubbing! The golf cart is in bad shape, and needs repair. The bicycles could also use some love and a tune up. There is no water hose outside to rinse items coming from the beach either. Otherwise, great stay!

It’s safe to say my family and I had one of the best vacations ever! The house we stayed at was spacious, very clean, and provided many things for us like cups, plates, towels, etc.The whole family enjoyed the golf cart, bikes, and the POOL! The beach was so beautiful, clean, and the kids had lots of fun!!

The unit and location were great. We had some communication problems, in beginning, but Beachwalk staff Resolved all problems . I did call after stay to suggest that a faulty light switch needs attention. In addition, the golf cart would not run faster than 25 mph.
