The living room also has a Queen Pullout Sleeper Sofa for additional guests, and the sliding glass doors open up to the private balcony, the perfect place to enjoy a cup of morning coffee! Of course, no Living Room would be complete without the large wall-hung flat screen TV for evening entertainment.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in Take it Easy at The Palms of Seagrove on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in Take it Easy. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
