Beach Accesses: There are several convenient beach accesses! All you have to choose is how you want to get there! Use the bikes or the provided golf cart to get there quick!
Below are 3 of the most popular accesses:
Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about 1 mile to the East of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed.
Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.5 miles West of Prominence. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access (aprox. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.
Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is a Walton County, ADA approved, beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence.
Community Pool:
The Town of Prominence offer a large resort style community pool over 5,000 sq ft! The pool is just a short (5 Minute!) walk from the home, with cabanas, grills, bathhouse, and even a fitness center! The New Prominence South Pool is located just behind the Hub across 30A! This second pool is in the opposite direction, only a 3 minute walk away!
The Prominence North Pool is also Seasonally Heated for the following months every year:

No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in 30A Seascape. No exceptions will be made. Place was great, clean and as-advertised. Check in was easy and communications pre-arrival were excellent. My only suggestions would be to place a can of coffee and some filters in the cupboard for guests since the local coffee outlet within the Big Chill is out of service. Also, it was not clear to me that we had to climb two levels of stairs to get to the main living areas. That would have been nice to know as handicapped persons.

Condo was great -location was great-beds were great-golf cart and bikes were great! Only thing that could have been better is having more everyday kitchen items like, Tupperware and baking dishes. Other than that LOVED IT!!

Beautiful, well decorated condo with everything you needed for a great stay. Our only concern/complaint was the golf cart was very very slow which felt like a dangerous situation on the roads. Even other golf carts were passing us going our max speed. The golf cart was a fun addition though and we wish that it was a little bit speedier. Overall- we would for sure return. The north pool is heated and that made a huge difference during our chilly stay.

The house was beautiful and great location. It would have been helpful if there was a house manual at the house. The log in link did not work after multiple attempts and contacting Management. The golf cart was gas and Not electric…. Management had no clue. They did end up bringing us a gas can. Amazing pool!

Nice place with very convenient location to The Hub. Ive stayed in the area two other times in condos with the same layout. Sofa could be better but the rest of the furnishings were fine. Can tell it’s a new place as there were no beach towels or beach chairs. Lots of hangers in the closet though! Smaller bedroom has bunk beds-top is a twin, bottom is a full. Handy for a family. Golf cart and bikes were perfect!
