'Fish Came True' on 30A at Prominence is the perfect place to spend your next beach vacation! This brand new beach home on beautiful 30A features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms for up to 10 guests and is very close to the large, resort style pool in the Town of Prominence! Combined with shuttle service to the beach, walking distance to 'The Hub', and luxury finishes, this home is sure to become your favorite vacation destination!
 
Come see 30A's newest addition, the Town of Prominence, filled with vacation fun and relaxation! Conveniently located between Seaside & Alys Beach. Providing resort style pools, private cabanas, hammocks, outdoor dining pavilions (With grills!), bathhouses and a fitness center. Just a short distance across 30A lies 'The Hub' where guests can enjoy access to restaurants, boutique shops, and The Prominence Town Center event pavilion with weekly concerts and movie nights! Guest can take the Shuttle down to Gulf Lakes beach Accesses or see the Deer Lake State Park with its rare dune lakes.
 
Four bikes and 6 Seater Golf Cart will be available for convenient travel!
 
Beach Accesses: There are several convenient beach accesses! All you have to choose is how you want to get there; use the complementary tram (seasonal) or bikes! Below are 3 of the most popular accesses:
 
Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about 1 mile to the East of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed.
 
Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.5 miles West of Prominence. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access (approx. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.
 
Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is a Walton County, ADA approved, beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. *This is the scheduled stop for the Prominence shuttle. Parking and bathrooms are also available at the Santa Clara access. 
 
Community Pool: The Town of Prominence offers a 2 large resort style community pools! The New Prominence South Pool is located just steps from Sea Mist and features a stunning fire pit! The North Pool is over 5,000 sq ft and is just a short walk across 30A with cabanas, grills, bathhouse, and fitness center!
 
The Prominence North Pool is also Seasonally Heated for the following months every year:

March & April
 
Nearby Restaurants: Nearby restaurants to The Town of Prominence 30A include The Hub which offers several restaurants including - Reds Chicken Shack, Crave Roadside Burgers, Mile Marker 15, Local Smoke, American Drinking Post, Mr. Freeze, The Hub Taco Truck, as well as many more!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. House was nice and clean, beds were comfy. We enjoyed taking the golf cart in the evening. We spent most of our time at the beach, but did visit the pool once and it was very nice. We would love to visit again!

Beautiful townhome in a great location. A couple of things: hall bathroom had no bathtub stopper and toilets make a terrible noise when flushed.

Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed staying here for our first time on 30A! The house was the perfect size to accommodate 6 of us with extra room to spare! It is very close to everything (think the middle of 30A) we were able to easily access Seaside, Rosemary and even PCB! The Golf cart was a great feature, we used it daily! Thank you for hosting us, we will definitely be back!

It was a wonderful vacation. Having the golf cart and bicycles there were wonderful. There were several small fruit flies when we got there. We were not sure where they were coming from. We bought some spray and killed a lot so hopefully the next family won’t have as many to deal with. I will defiantly recommend the place to all my friends. Thank you so much for opening your beautiful home to us. I did leave two Filled jewelry pouches that I hope the cleaning people find or the next family turns in. They were left in the master night stand.

Beautiful house; very clean, nicely appointed and it had great amenities. The community is centered between our favorite towns (Rosemary Beach and Seaside) and perfectly located near The HUB. I would definitely recommend.

The house was great and very clean. There was some deep cleaning that could have been done (found a dried contact on the floor of the bathroom). The windows in the bedroom could use better blinds/curtains because the queen bed room was very bright really early. The house rules made a point to say not to hang wet towels anywhere but there was no way to hang more than 1-2 towels in the bathroom. Asking us to turn the air conditioner to 78 makes it very difficult to get the house to a liveable temperature in Florida in the summer.

Repairs/Corrections: Ceiling fan in master bedroom makes an irritating noise, making it unusable. Air vents in two guest bedrooms don’t seem to be open all the way. Those rooms didn’t cool down like the master did. The panel on the dishwasher that sits on top of the control buttons kept falling off. Beautiful condo overall!

Beautiful condo at a great location by the Hub with shopping, dining, and entertainment. Interior is spacious and lovely. It comes with a 6 seater golf cart which is great for tooling around the neighborhood, and 3 bikes. There are bike rentals available across the street if you need more, but go early as they run out fast! It’s a quick drive to Rosemary/Seacrest area, or you can use the public beach access at Deer Lake State Park (the best places to see a sunset on 30A according to the Ranger, and it was pretty spectacular!). There are a couple of minor repairs needed and my feet got dirty walking around inside barefoot, so the floors might need a good swabbing. But overall we had a great experience and would book again!
